By downloading our software, accessing hedgeworld.in, or booking a demo, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not download, install, or use the Hedge software.
2. Software License & Trial Terms
We offer a 3 Months Free Trial of the Hedge Delta Hedging & Risk Management Software. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software for evaluation and options trading portfolio analysis. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the software binary files is strictly prohibited.
3. Financial Disclaimers & Risks
CRITICAL NOTICE FOR TRADERS: Options trading and delta hedging involve substantial financial risks, including the potential loss of principal. Hedge is a software tool designed to calculate risk parameters and assist with execution. It does not guarantee profits or protect against losses. We are not SEBI-registered financial advisers, and the software output does not constitute investment advice. You execute all trades and hedging decisions at your own risk.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Hedge, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, trading losses, system downtime, brokerage slippages, terminal lag, loss of data, or connection errors) arising out of the use of or inability to use the software.
5. System Requirements & Terminal Settings
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your computer hardware, OS, and active trading terminal API connections are properly set up and stable. Hedge is not responsible for errors caused by faulty terminal setups or internet connection drops.

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the website or software after updates are posted indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
